You can use whatever ingredients you want. Moringa leaves taste great in ANY grilled sandwiches! We just happened to want to make a grilled CHEESE sandwich, with
whole grain rye bread, and fresco cheese. The Moringa leaves combine beautifully
with eggs, chicken, turkey, lamb, beef, veal, bison (buffalo), rabbit, fish, crab, or any other main ingredient you wish to use.
Because the sandwich is grilled quickly - unless you like them almost burnt, as I
do - the leaves are not exposed to much heat, which helps keep the nutrients intact.
