Moringa Matters
MORINGA AND 
CHEESE PHYLLO DINNER
INGREDIENTS:
Whole wheat phyllo dough 
Mozzarella cheese or other cheese that melts easily 
Freshly picked Moringa leaves - Olive oil, coconut oil, or butter - Spices of your choice
This is easy! Simply lightly grease a 9x12 inch pan, layer phyllo dough with 
Moringa leaves, a thick layer of cheese, and add spices, brushing every three layers 
of  phyllo dough with olive oil, coconut oil, or butter. Bake at 375 for about 35 minutes. Let it rest about 10 minutes, cut into portions, and serve!
