We used cabbage, carrots, onions, garlic, rice vinegar, a bit of mayonnaise, sea
salt, and dried Moringa leaves. We also make it with fresh ones, but we simply used
the dried ones to show you how well they reconstitute.
Chop all of your ingredients as fine as you like them, mix everything but thedried Moringa leaves together, then stir the leaves in and put the Moringa Cole Slaw in the refrigerator for a couple of hours, so the flavors can blend together. Sometimes,
we add a lot more leaves, and sometimes we use Moringa Leaf Powder, instead!
